JULY!

I always get to watch the fireworks from my front lawn. They set them off about a mile from my house and I can sit and watch them from my porch as there is only a field between my house and the fireworks. I am so glad June is finished and I hope July goes by fast.

It has been in the 90s for most of June in Shymkent. It is suppose to hit 100 consistently in July and get well over 100 in August. I am hoping I get to experience the 100+ temperatures- air conditioning or no air conditioning. (OK, I would really like to see a especially cool August and hate the thought of no air conditioning, but more importantly, I just want to finally travel). I continue to hope that August will be the month.
