Aunt Debbie and Cousin Niki

I am still catching up from last week.
This is Debbie and Debbie Jr at the zoo. The girls had a good time at the zoo. They petted some goats in the petting zoo. Sasha loved the pen of guinea pigs. Then we rode the little zoo train. The girls were a little afraid at first, but Sasha was strutting when she came off of it. Just like she was thinking she was a big girl now that she had ridden the train. The zoo is small, but nice.

Lots of time was spent outside on the swings.
Aunt Debbie had to try out all the equipment. The girls are behind her pushingher down the slide.
When Debbie got tired of pushing, she talked the girls into swinging their sidewalk chalk.
They wore Niki out too so she convinced them to swing their chalk also!
They did get some time in actually swinging, but they have yet to figure out how to swing themselves properly.
The girls liked the sidewalk chalk, but they press so hard that it breaks easily. The have a lot of chalk so there is always another piece.
Sasha and Debbie planted a few tomato plants and marigold flowers. Leeza thought the dirt was way too dirty and had no interest in helping them.We went out to dinner a couple of times. At first, Sasha was a little overwhelmed as the restaurant was very noisy, but she quickly adjusted. Here she is later in the week, acting like an old pro at eating out. She was sitting sideways in her booster with her legs propped up-just having a good time.Leeza liked going out also as she loves to watch other people- especially babies.
This day, Leeza did not get a nap as we went to her new preschool to meet her teacher and class that day. She was pretty tired that night.
The girls missed Debbie and Niki and kept asking about them. I finally told them that they had to go home to feed their puppies and kitties. Now the girls ask daily about the puppies and kitties!
